Helen,

I am honoured to have met you.
It is my turn to thankyou from the bottom of my heart.
I see my husband at peace now. The fact that after so many years in sobriety and then weakening would have put him on a terrible guilt trip. He lived by AA philosophy for many many years.
He never forgot the "broken Jaw" and left in the gutter to die when he was only about 30 years old.
Yes, I blamed myself for his drinking again saying to myself "If only I didn't leave him".."he needs me" but it was the alcohol that kept me away.
Now I can safely say, It wasn't me who put the first glass back into his hand, it was the sickness of Alcoholism.

God rest his soul.

Love,
Kerri
