Hello Chris, (et al), It would appear from the following cut and paste that I asked one question too many:

The weather reports are calling for snow Wednesday night through Thursday, so I'll probably be working from home. I thought more about all the meetings that you have had about your workman's comp settlement. I believe that you will be more comfortable dealing with your local bank with your own investment plans. My practice is devoted to clients who use my expertise and advice with comfort. I really do not have enough time in my day to devote as many hours as you need, to the detriment of my other clients. I sincerely wish you a lot of luck!

We somehow traveled the circuitous route from GNMAs, to CMOs, to not having the time to expend talking to a neophyte such as myself. The reference to my WC settlement has to do with the fact I informed this J.M.S. rep. that any offer would be reviewed by a third party financial consultant, as I did before "signing on the bottom line" of my WC final agreement. Chris, and any other Fools who have been following this thread, I would appreciate your comments on this development. Next Stop: Variable Annuities!!
