Hello Danny,
Jan. 1 is my "D" Day for tax purposes as well, although I am at the 4th. I can tell you that unfortunately the date will never be just another day again. I can say that, we are all made up of our life experiences and how we react to them. I encourage you to take the good in every situation and carry that into the future with you and, I assure you that even in the worst of times, there are positives to be found. We just have to look a little harder sometimes. If you learn and grow from your life experiences (good and bad) and above all, remain true to yourself, then there is no failure to regret. No mistake in being human, we just are. We can control only ourselves and whether or not we are going to live life to our fullest potential or just let life happen to us. You are what lies in the deepest darkest place in your heart. That is the only place you will find true happiness and peace. I hope this doesn't sound like a sermon - it is not intended as one, I promise. I only hope you find some comfort in these words.

The beginning of a journey is the most exciting time.
