Ok, I'm robbing Peter to pay Paul!! Please can someone help me re-organize my finances? I have 2 jobs, excellent credit (in fact, the mortgage companies say too much credit), a manufactured home in a park setting (which means no refinancing), etc. I used 2 credit cards to pay off some huge medical expenses (those of which I thought were covered by insurance, NOT!!) because the hospitals were afer me to pay their bills. Then, when I got my new home - well, you have to have stuff don't you?
My credit card payments and such are driving me crazy. I pay them but usually not on the exact payment date. I have closed to further charges all major credit cards but one. I have never been 30 days late but even 1 day means late charges. I need financial advice. Can someone please help? Please, I don't want to file bankruptcy or lose my home. I'm desperate.
Thanks. punkadmama@aol.com
