Okay, I have this boss that LOVES to just toss these questions out at me....I am NO tax accoutant mind you.....Here is the question....He has money in an 1031 exchange about 250,000. So he askes me if he takes it out roughly what would the cap. gain tax be? He has had the property about 1yr. ?????? I guessed about 60,000. Help! How far off am I?
