Okay one of my resolutions for 2000 is to actually purchase a stock. However, i have to admit i don't know the difference between Blue Chips and Chocolate Chips, the Dow Jones and Paula Jones. So i want to purchase the BEST most comprehensive book on learning about investing, including all the terminology. The shelves at Barnes & Noble are overwhelming and i could get caught up buying a bunch of useless books that could be better spent on my first stock!!Also, if anyone knows if there is a "practice" area on the web that lets you learn about buying, trading, etc. without spending any money i would appreciate any info on that. Thanks
