Herbalife is a multi-level-marketing company which is a fancy word for a pyramid-system like sales system. What happens is that they lure people into selling the product, making them believe that they will get very wealthy once they can find more salespersons who will sell it for them... I have been to one promotion evening and I nearly had to puke because of the video they showed on how wealthy you could become if you were on top of the pyramid.. Sure, sure, but by the time YOU join, there won't be anyone left to turn them into salespersons. So, basically Herbalife is not much better (or worse?) than other products on the market.. OK, perhaps it is a bit better, but the price is waaaaaay above that, simply because of the many people who need to get a slice of the cake.I followed the diet for a while and while doing it, I was successful. However, I hadn't dealt with being thin again psychologically plus you gotta stop using the stuff some day. Soon, you'll pile back on the weight, unless you change your lifestyle. From 1996-1999 I never cycled less than 9 000 K (5500 mi) a year with 16 000 K as a max in 1997. Sure I lost weight and it was a much more fun and cheaper way to do it....By the way I have downloaded the spread sheets from Body-for-Life on nutrition and exercise.. I have forgotten though where i got it from ;-). Fietser
