Wow, hadn't realized it had been so long since I posted here. I thought I was just one month over, while it's been more like 3 months since I last wrote.

Anyway, hadn't been losing weight, but hadn't been gaining, either. Held steady at 1% down through the winter, but recently have noticed my belt getting looser again and now I'm down 2% from my start. Still keeping up with the 5:2 fasting program, but have noticed that I'm tending to eat a larger dinner on the fasting days than is called for. Now that I'm aware of it, have been trying to cut back on that with mixed success. Improving, though.

Now that the weather is warming up, I'm getting out and walking more, which should help, as well.

Anyway, wanted to post a progress report.
