Stay posted, I will offer any response as soon as I can...

---------------------

I am a shareholder and do my due dilligence in any investment...One important aspect is to directly seek answers to concerns...

As you are likely more than aware of you have many out here who are more than concerned...I am not a member of the class action suit, rather I am a member of the posting community at Motley Fool investors who are thinking it would be a very good idea if Leap Frog would address the recent events that have led to one quite large gap down in your share price, as well as this class action law suit...I'm sure legally there are constraints to what you all can state, but for the rest of us loyal investors, it would behoove you all to make some statement that is of substance, not just a party line...

I will gladly await for 2 days at most to hear from you, then if there is no response, the red flag goes up and I will sell my position...I will be sharing what you offer with Motley Fool, and if no reply is forthcoming, I will share that...This may then result in many more getting out...

Respectfully, Joseph Heringlake nebadon@traverse.net
