Teradata said following the spin-off it expects to earn $1.12 to $1.17 a share and increase revenue by between 7 percent and 9 percent in 2007 from 2006 revenue of $1.56 billion. Teradata said it has kicked off a road show of presentations to investors in preparation for the spin-off and said its objective is to generate 14 to 18 percent earnings per share improvement per year over the longer-term.
So a rough forward P/E might be ~25...
