Typically they'll require an automatic investment plan (AIP)of at least $50 per month...TIAA-CREF - Initial must be $50 with AIP of $50 per monthT.Rowe Price - same as aboveUSAA - Initial of 0 with AIP of $50 per monthArtisan - same as TIAA-CREFSome have lower expenses than FamFunds but FamFunds performance seem's pretty good for the past 10 years as Tricia mentioned. Just want to make sure their performance is solid over the long run. It's a relatively young fund I think (about 10 years) but has shown good performance thus far. hth.
