Here's a recipe I've used a few times. I'm not sure where I got this, but alter it to use hazelnuts most of the time and never use artificial sweetener (usually use real sugar).EASY PECAN CRUST:Ingredients: 2 1/2 cup ground pecans1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/3 cup artificial sweetener4 tablespoons melted butterHow to Prepare:Mix all ingredients and press into pie pan. Refrigerate for 45 minutes. Then place immediately in oven heated to 350. Bake approximately 15 min or until LIGHTLY toasted. Be careful, as nuts can burn, without looking burnt. If you're filling it with a cream cheese cake, it's best to let the crust cool slightly first.
