Here's some more data that might round things out for you, pondee. Of the 490 small caps, 24 did not lose value. Of the 514 micro caps, 14 didn't lose value. Since it would have been highly unlikely to have picked one of those winners, I'd much rather have been in a large cap.Because I've had Cap IQ a few years, I'm out of touch with what else is out there. Perhaps your question can spark some discussion from others.You can look on www.aaii.com and their Stock Investor Pro screener. I used to use it quite a lot, and I think it was relatively inexpensive.One last note: There are many FCF definitions out there, and Value Line's may very well be just as good or better than any other.Cheers,Rex
