Here's to national push up and pull up requirements along with a 1-mile run time target.

I remember way back in grade school we had the Presidential Fitness Test or some such name. Had to do so many pullups, situps, pushups in a minute; broad jump so far; and run so far in 10 minutes or so. I think its still around but they've changed the tests.

Maybe have your diet restrictions based on your test scores. 99th percentile you get to eat what the heck you want. Bottom 50 and Uncle Sam writes out your diet plan.
