He's learned will from the king of photo ops:

"I had to think back to the laughably outrageous act Bill Clinton pulled for the cameras when he was forced to visit Normany Beach on the anniversary of D-Day. As has been documented, his staff went up the cliff and brought-back a large handful of small stones, which they tossed along the prearranged path that Clinton would walk "in silent contemplation" along the beach, with 100 cameras watching. Clinton duitfully stopped at the cache of stones, looked silently for a minute, and then knealt "in somber reflection" as he slowly arranged the stones into a cross before slowly walking on, lip bitten and tear forming. Gosh, that man is full of [edited]!"

or how about Clinton yucking it up at a funeral and when he suddenly see's a camera, he lower's his head and wipes a tear from his eye and looks somber.
