Alice,

I want to send a letter to Disney's attention about our local store. Do you have an address?

The crew of cast members at this store are some of the hardest working people I have ever met. I have had over twenty years of management experience and these people are all examples of really dedicated employees. They volunteer to come extra early for special events, and stay late to facilitate changeovers, sometimes off the clock. They also go out of their way to give some of the best service I have ever seen in retail such as tracking down hard-to-get collectables or out of stock merchandise. They are a great team of workers and deserve recognition.
