Hey, Badger,

I found this post from June 2000, by looking at the most recommended posts on the "Self-Employed Fools" board. Definitely helped me a lot.

My wife and I are thinking of starting a tiny home business, and will be the only employees. If I am fairly sure that we will give this business a whirl, but have not actually done anything yet, would you agree that our first step should be to incorporate? Or should we go about buying computers & equipment, and incorporate later?

And how do I go about deciding between incorporating, or LLCs, and all of the other choices?

Thanks again for your helpful post. Any more help is greatly appreciated!
