Hey everyone, and thanks for the suggestions! Sorry it takes me so long to respond - I can't always get to my computer for personal stuff and the fool doesn't have a good mobile interface.

We have a VERY consistent and quiet evening routine. We had to to maintain sanity with the twins. :-)

I've tried Talking him through visualization stuff before but it hasn't worked as he asks me questions about the scene. Lol. I'll try the numbers though - that just might help him relax some. He starts preschool this week as well, so maybe having new experiences will help (or disrupt) the sleep more.

He hasn't been motivated by external rewards other than chocolate, funny enough, so far. If I create a chart though with the toy at the end, that might be worth trying as well. I've considered melatonin as well, but he is on various asthma medication, so don't want to try it without talking to his doctor or pharmacist,

So, we will try the counting and next time I pick up his medication I'll ask his pharmacist about melatonin. He is really into those bug toys, which we got as a gift, so I could try that as a reward.

Give me a few weeks and will check back. If you are curious, FB me.

Thank again!

Pachouly (when will I have free time again?)
