Hey Hilti Rocks, I sincerely hope you're not trying to give Simpson a bad name, do that on your Hilti board. See Fools, Hilti is one of Simpson's "continually shrinking in marketshare" competitors. I'm a structural engineer, and with the one-stop shopping simpson has provided us with, they don't need any competition to fill in any voids. The hilti manuals ane not nearly as comprehensive, and their r&d is dwarfed by SSD. Their epoxy required embedments are greater than Simpson's (bad), while their allowable loading is lower(again,bad). All this boils down to the Simpson mantra "There is no equal". And with Greenspan keeping the interest rates so low, the building loans can't be written up fast enough. The only reason I don't feel guilty specifying their hardware in buildings (as I am a shareholder) is because I know it is of the utmost safety and quality. Now, I won't be a jerk and put this up on the Hilti board, they can figure it out in ten+ years, when they see that we got the "walmart" and they got the "kmart"
