Hey, if you like to teach, schools aren't the only (or even the best) place to do it! You can be a paid public speaker, hold seminars and workshops, write manuals, etc., all without having to get another degree. And chances are you'll be paid more per hour than if you became a teacher at a K-12 school.
One thing that's helped me think of creative solutions is to ask myself, "How can I get what I want without going back to school?" It forces me to focus on the specific things that I want and to get those into my life in the shortest amount of time. Of course, I do want to take classes, maybe even go back to school, but it's for the sake of going to school, NOT because conventional wisdom says I need the degree to get what I want.
So: if you're thinking of going to school as a stepping stone to get what you want, chances are there's a shorter route you can take. It's worth looking into!
