Yes, you should call customer service, after I sent an E-mail I got an almost exact duplicate (2 days later) of others posted on here and they agreed to waive my fee.

It seems that if you bitch and moan enough they will waive the fee. So by all means go for it.

The person who signed my e-mail was Richard Yosmanovich.
