must be nice that you get so much cool stuff with your titanium card...I messed up my credit while I was in college and now that I have a job (just graduated) I have a Providian Visa card that Im using to rebuild my rating....

What bugs me is that these credit card companies purposely target young and immature freshman in college and get them hooked on credit cards before they know how to really use them and what a credit rating really means. I was not raised in this country so I didnt understand the real implications of messing up my credit...My country is not built on credit like America, we use cash for everything (and so do I, now...)

Dont get me wrong folks, Im not saying that the credit system is either bad or good...Im just venting my frustrations at the fact that in America, unlike my country, its not how much you earn, but how bad/good youve been with your payments in the past....You just cannot afford to make mistakes in this country, because you'll be paying for it for the rest of your life it seems.
