Thanks for letting me know about the spoofing of the called ID # and the helpful links. I never thought of Googling the number to check it out. I knew it was a scammer right away, especially when he said he worked for Windows, but the reply from the spoofed number puzzled me. I guess that is why they say all the really smart people live in the East Valley ;)
