Hey, UKBB.

What's your reason for not wanting a Tivo/Replay? There is a model now that is a DVD player/recorder with Tivo built in...that sounds really cool (dumping my Replay'd episodes to DVD appeals to me).

You can even go with the lifetime fee rather than paying monthly, and with prices as low as they are now, it isn't too much of a hit. I got my ReplayTV when they included lifetime membership in the price. Gotta say that I don't watch much TV, but the TV I *do* watch is incredibly efficient. I'd never go back to TV without the Replay.
