Hi Adrom,

Just about any broker can handle the NYSE and Nasdaq listed ADR's, which will be the bulk of the formal recommendations. It is important to us that the two main recommendations be easy for everyone to invest in. Now if you're interested in researching the Wildcards and potentially purchasing them you may want to consider another broker. I haven't used ScottTrade personally but I believe handling pink sheet ADR's and foreign shares is not their strong point. (Someone who uses or has used ScottTrade and can speak to this point, please don't be shy!)

So, it largely boils down to what interests you most and how you plan to invest your money.

Best,

Nate
