Hi BlueWater - If you have access to EDGAR, read the 8K filed by the company for the transaction. I have owned RHD since '02. Bought at $29. This transaction scares me somewhat because they are still digesting the Sprint transaction. It is also a huge amount of debt but the good thing is that the amount of cash this company generates is remarkable which is what I am staying focused on. Like after the the Sprint transaction, I think the stock will go sideways for 12 months before the realities of the deal become apparent. Retiring the preferred options can only be a good.

Would welcome your thoughts. It is a lonely place as a RHD shareholder because it generates so little discussion!
