Hi Chuck,If I remember correctly, part of an answer that our resident expert TMFPixy posted in the last few days/week included the statement that the 6% penalty continues every year until the excess is removed. I'm assuming from your post that you thought it might be a one time hit.A 6% PER YEAR penalty could really eat into the returns...Tim
