Hi Dan,

Maybe your're right! I don't care what the premium/discount is per se. I look at the contents/rating of the fund (AAA, AA, etc.) Once purchased, it is of now consequence since they go in the lock-box and just send me checks every mo.

What is the right price to pay?? What is the right price to pay for BAC; or SO?? I don't know, and neither does anybody else. I've owned SO for 35 yrs, my basis is about $10. It's of no consequence as they are not, nor will they be for sale. My kids will thank me!!!

NXZ has not traded at a discount since Oct. '05, when I purchased, that's a long time to wait if one is only interested in buying at a discount to NAV.

But to each his own.
