Hi Everyone,You've given me much hope. I was diagnosed with ADHD last year (my 36th year on this planet) and my doctor and I have yet to find a med that works for me. I've recently started Vyvanse and just moved up to 50. I was thinking about giving up on meds all together until I read this thread. I'll give Vyvanse a try...Although, I wish there were a more holistic approach to treating ADHD. I don't relish the idea of taking yet another med. I'm already on too many due to autoimmune diseases and such.I'll be taking SoccerDad's advice and bumping up the exercise regimen. I do remember that when I was younger and very physically active, I was able to learn better. (This is important now, because I'm pursuing my Masters. I just wish I was as savvy as the other person who started this thread. I took 2 heavy research/writing classes this semester. AAAAHHHHH!Good luck to you all and thank you for your insight!Amber
