Hi Fool!!!
Have not been paying enough attention to the underlying woes at ole BFS. See, case number 98-456, Schwarz v. Principal Mutual, Saul Centers and Saul himself. U.S. District Court RICO action that has not been disclosed to stockholders of BFS. The case was recently transferred to Baltimore district of U.S. District Court. See also Trial Lawyers for Public Justice, (www.tlpj) case in Baltimore City Circuit - class action for credit card fraud Walls v. Chevy Chase Bank, FSB. Chevy Chase is 80% owned by B. F. Saul Real Est. Investment Trust which also owns about 36% of BFS.
Thus REIT is a profit making scheme that is just a part of the Saul Organization - all to profit Saul, not any Motley Fools.
Dog has bit you once fool.
