Hi ipodnation

I was stepping to the sidelines till it corrected back to somewhere reasonable. What is reasonable? Well I wanted to see them trade profitably and get through their option drag period first. However a couple of areas really concern me now. The patent protection and the customer base. Given one of my other stocks has just collapsed from the loss of its main client (AMSC), I am wary of repeating the same mistake. Hearing patent challenges and sounds that Samsung - pretty much their sole revenue generator is considering alternative solutions or going alone or dumping the technology makes me very nervous. I'm going to wait until they are profitable, have a broad customer mix and establish a track record. If I miss out on some gain - so be it, however the stock still has all of this and more already price in so I don't think the risk reward is justified.
