I've been using T. Rowe Price funds to cover the international and small cap portions of my taxable investments for a couple of years now. I've never had a problem or complaint with them, although I am a low maintainance customer (they take money from my checking account every month and send me a receipt - that's about it). I actually preferred Vanguard (lower expenses) but went with Price as you can start with very little money.

(Disclosure: have used finaincial engines service but have no other affiliation with them)

Good luck to you!
