sorry to be so long in replying.

I have no useful insight on that particular issue as I am not experiencing it. I will say that I have been having problems with general flakiness in MW ever since they upgraded so many things to a Flash interface. I'm constantly being taken to a different screen than the one I clicked on etc.

My past experience with zynga tech/customer support is that they actively try to waste your time with clearly useless suggested fixes until you give up and go away, so for the moment, I am waiting to see if this cures my MW addiction just by sheer annoyance value.
