Hi Joyce,In regards to your questions about the car...it will show on your credit report as a voluntary default. The amount will be the repo deficit, ie the difference between your loan balance and the amount for which the vehicle was re-sold. Even if they should sell it for more than your balance on the loan, it would still show on your credit report.Hope this helps.mikki
