Hi Ken,I've been watching Wipro for awhile myself. I have worked with them as well (in a former job) and have been very impressed with them compared to TCS, the other Indian consultancy that I worked with. However, I've been hesitant to purchase shares of Wipro, Infosys, or any other Indian outsourcing company, mainly due to the fact that I have seen a decline in outsourcing in the sector I work in (telecommunications). Are you seeing the same thing and believe it's temporary, or are you seeing an increase in outsourcing? The other factor that has influenced my hesitancy is that the U.S. is admitting far fewer aliens than they used to. This means that foreign consultants will have a much more difficult time working on-site in the U.S., limiting the complexity of applications they can work on to areas that are easily managed over long distances. What's your take on all this, if I may ask? Thanks, Paul
