Hi landfor,I can adjust the 60/40 ratio in November of each year.Actually you can adjust the ratio twice a year, May and November. This is called "Allocation of future contributions".You can also move your money between the three funds once a month using the interfund transfere.If you don't have a copy, request "The Guide to TSP Investments" from your personnel office.
