Hi Mark,

To answer your questions....

1. LNCO is not an MLP, but actually an LLC.

Here's a description of LNCO

Company Description
LinnCo, LLC (LNCO) was created to enhance LINN Energy's ability to raise
additional equity capital to execute on its acquisition and growth strategy. LinnCo is a Delaware limited liability company that has elected to be taxed as a corporation for United States federal income tax purposes, and accordingly its shareholders will receive a Form 1099 in respect of any dividends paid by LinnCo.

2. Brookfield Property Partners (ticker symbol BPY) is indeed a Limited Partnership and issues a Schedule K-1 to unit holders.

You can find links to K-1s issued by MLPs at three main websites:

Tax Package Support - https://www.taxpackagesupport.com

Partner DataLink - https://partnerdatalink.com/

Yorkville Capital Management - http://www.yorkvillecapital.com/k-1-tracker.aspx

I hope that helps!
