Hi Mike,

I know of a really great spreadsheet that I could do for COHT, I'd need the annual report, though so is that just on their website, if yes what is there website?

Most companies have an "Investor Relations" link somewhere on their website, from which you will eventually be able to find their annual report. In most instances, they direct you to FreeEdgar.

I find it easier to go through Yahoo! Finance: http://finance.yahoo.com/?u

Enter the symbol of interest in the window near the top of the page, and click "GO". That gets you here: http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=coht

Look along the left margin of the page, and you'll see a bunch of links to other stuff about COHT, and one of them is labeled "SEC Filings". Clicking on that gets you here: http://finance.yahoo.com/q/sec?s=COHT

From there, look for the 10-K, and click on the link that says "Full Filing at....". That gets you here: http://yahoo.brand.edgar-online.com/doctrans/default.asp?doc=a-928420-0000950152-05-000698&nav=1&src=yahoo

If you are an Edgar Online subscriber, you can click on the HTML link at the bottom to retrieve the 10-K, or nonsubscribers can click on the link at the 3rd option. That gets you the actual 10-K document (finally). http://yahoo.brand.edgar-online.com/doctrans/finSys_main.asp?formfilename=0000950152-05-000698&x=16&y=3

If you want to go to their website, this is also accessible through Yahoo! Once again, start at Yahoo! Finance, enter COHT, and press "GO" to get here again: http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=coht

This time, instead of clicking SEC filings, click on "Profile" link, directly under the word "Company". That gets you here: http://finance.yahoo.com/q/pr?s=COHT

You will see links to both email the company and their website, if they have one. COHT's is here: http://www.cohesant.com/

Hope this helps.
