Others will probably respond as well, but my 2¢.

<<1. What does anyone know about Citizens Funds, specifically
their Index (Core Growth) Fund? Their
customer service, their track record, is their high
management fee justified? ANYTHING is appreciated.
I would especially like to hear from people who have been
invested in them for a while. Are you having regrets? Do
you wish you had invested in another mutual fund? Are
you happy?>>

Here is the Morningstar rating of the fund:

You may want to scan the news at the end of the rating.

<<2. What's the difference between Vanguard Calvert's SR
fund (VCSIX) and just plain Calvert (CALVIN?)?>>

VCSIX is a mutual fund based on the CALVIN Index. Is that clear? ;-)

Here is a link to Calvert Online:
"The Calvert Social IndexTM [CALVIN] is a broad-based, rigorously constructed benchmark for measuring the performance of large, US-based socially responsible companies. This section of the Web site provides comprehensive information on the list of companies in the Index, social analysis profiles, the daily value and performance of the Index and the industry sector representation."
