I agree with her 100% that we should all try to use techniques such as meditation and breathing control to help manage our BP. Reducing sodium is a great idea too.I've been of the opinion for a LONG time that most of us just rely on the medications. I fully understand the dangers of neglecting high blood pressure, but I think it's a shame that more emphasis is not placed on lifestyle.I have an appointment with a new primary care physician this week. Hopefully I can get him to work with me. I'm tired of the docs who just push pills.Jack
