Hi supafish,

Concerning your question about t.rowe price retirement income manager I don't have any experience with T. Rowe Price. I agree on the subject of sticker shock. Being a avid do-it-myselfer and a tightwad to boot, I have subscribed to Dan Weiner's FFSA "Adviser Online" newsletter. He focuses on Vanguard funds and has 4 different portfolios he lists. These range from aggressive to conservative. So far, looking back over his monthly newsletters, he does not do much churning so there are no significant capital gains from that aspect. The funds themselves do have cap gains however. You may want to look at him as an alternate program. I have not converted to his models from where I was last fall - waiting for the dividend season to pass. My current thinking is that I will then slowly switch to a blend of his "growth" and "income" funds.

Does anyone have experience with Weiner's porfolios? I am intereseted in hearing of others experiences.
