HI,Thank you for the information. I didn't apply online - when I signed up they advertised online, which is where I found them, but I had to call them and do everything by fax and phone. They've changed their website since then so I can't show (prove) that they listed different programs, 1 for ccc and 1 for interest reduction. I sent wildgirl an email - I did manage to get ahold of the legal counsel they've retained to handle their customer service issues and he has promised to help rectify the matter as much as possible at this late date (post dated letters to all creditors stating that I discontinued the program as of January 1, 2001) but the past dues are mine to keep. I'll have to wait to see if he follows thru. If they've hired legal counsel - I'm thinking they're pretty hard hit to straighten up their act. I think I'll look into any pending class action suits I might qualify for ;-)That failing, I'll contact my state's attorney General. Since they advertise, and do business in my state, I do have some rights. Thanks again.Lanna
