Hi Tim,

So all the CEOs of failing banks with the golden parachutes are "The best employers and shephards of money"?

Strawman!

ALL wealthy are not 'the best employers & shaphards"
HOWEVER, virtually all the best employers and shephards of money ARE WEALTHY!

The Europeans have lots of gasoline and they tax hell out of it.

"Have ots of oil"... WTH does that really mean in this conversation? Are you saying they would NOT have access to MORE if it were taxed less?

Canucks have so much oil, we sell it to Y'All and tax hell out of whatever we use ourselves.

Again; so what? Are you really trying to say you believe Canadian companies would NOT produce more if they were taxed less? Are you really telling us you think USians would buy LESS if there wasn't a tax premium added to the exports?

C'mon... you're not presenting yourself in your most reasoned nor intelligent light.

Some serious jail time in high security, low supervision prisons would help there.

Help how? Why should a Japanese company build U.S. assets (facilities) and employ U.S. workers if tax burdens make it smarter to do it elsewhere?

What law are you saying you think they would be breaking?

I would also suggest that the IRS should also charge the guys advisor and his lawyer for aiding and abetting.

Again, what are you proposing the IRS (really?) "charge" the rest of the world's wealthy with? Further, are you really suggesting all legitimate tax advisors be abolished as "aidors and abettors"?

LOOK; all taxation isn't bad, a minimum is always required for appropriate services, but the irresponsible application of them against economic laws and simple common sense, especially merely to initiate "class revenge" of those jealous of others.... it ultimately bites those in the butt who can truly least afford it... the lower working class.

The working class need more JOBS, and JOBS are provided (at will, when it pleases them monetarily) by the industrious, asset-owning WEALTHY! (The poor and wage-earner middle class provide virtually zero employment.)

Keep the priorities straight... go after the greedy and incompetent if you must, however if along the way you destroy or hinder the wealth of the wise and industrious you are defouling in your own drinking well.

Cheers,
Dave
