I think you may have meant the debt was $106,000 and not the millions that I mistakenly quoted.
Which is even better than I first thought. Yes they have been virtually debt free for the past 10 years according to Morningstar. The most was 0.7 mil in 2000
I have just discovered that EPS is in negative territory now. They have a loss of 0.03 and 0.04 in the past two quarters. You have pointed out that the strongest quarters are the second and third. They have just posted Q1
You have pointed out that Both Yahoo and The Knot survived the last recession. I am thinking out loud here.
