Hi Tori!It is, indeed! And today was not much better. Should cool off tonight...We got home April 19th after driving 2,500 miles, through 10 other states, since the previous Monday morning. We got to see my 97-year old aunt, in northern Georgia, and then drove to Asheville, NC and spent much of the next day touring the fabulous Biltmore Estate in Asheville. We stayed in B&B's, most of which were terrific (topped by the one in Asheville). All in all, we had terrific weather and had only a couple of "close calls" on the highways, mostly crazies on I-85, in South Carolina, who tried to run us off the road a few times! (Maybe they disliked seeing the green VT license plate on that "funny looking" car?!) We never saw another Vermont license plate from the time we hit the Maryland line going down until we were back in New York state coming home! Now we're starting to do the spring yard work, a little at a time.
