Howdy all -

Just saw this newsgroup and had to stop by.

I was a migraine sufferer for years. Found the most amazing relief. I quit my high-stress job, broke off my unhappy engagement with my fiance, and moved away from a very manipulative "friend." You would not believe the immediate turn-around in health. Went from two full-blown migraines a week to none for the past six years - immediately. Best thing that I ever did for my health.

Now on the *very rare* occasions that have a plain old headache, it's been PMS (about once a year), and twice when I was coming down with the flu. No more worries about triggers like chocolate, caffeine, barometric pressure, etc...

So I recommend that look at how you can reduce or eliminate the major stresses in your life. It's well worth it to be pain free.
