I just thought I would explain my absence on this board. As you know my grandmother died in Feb of this year and I have been working as a liaison between the lawyers office and my aunt. Also, giving support to my aunt while she looks for a house, and moves in.

And, I find myself deep in looking for a place to live (One that I will own, instead of rent) as well as talking to people about mortgages, and packing away absolutely unnecessary items from my current place of residence. Also reading buying a house for dummies.

I do read the posts every day, but my time is rather limited. I will send through an email when I have made settlement and moved.

Kudos for anyone that does a happy dance. Please know that I am doing my happy dance along with you as I read the post.

Hopefully I will have my life back in a couple of months and be back at the cc board.
