I just received an e-mail about The Motley Fool's "Hidden Gems" report. Is the membership that goes along with this report really worth the $149? I'm 34, only have a 401K and I want to utilize the stock market to make me some money for retirement or just for some supplemental income. I don't mind getting aggressive and I want to make sure I can retire with a nice little nest egg. I have 2 questions...

1. Is the Hidden Gems report and membership with The Secret Behind Oil's Hidden Millionaires really worth $149?

2. I only have $500. Is it worth opening up a Scott Trade account?

Thanks in advance for all your responses. I'm a first time poster, so hopefully this is the correct forum to post this topic.
