I'm researching the possibilities for opening a high yield savings account to put some of my cash in. Using BankRate I've found:

HSBC(4.25)
GMAC(4.3)
California Savings Bank(4.35)
ING Direct(3.8)

Does anyone have a recommendation from these choices. Should my primary concern be the rate, or should I strongly consider customer service and other factors also?

Thanks in advance guys!!!
