HMALETTER says

To deal with these issues, enter the politicians and single-payer. Now you have government controlling the purse strings of health care.

Instead of a mishmash of hundreds of insurance companies. I'll take the deal.

There are far-ranging ramifications of this, as everyone that's looked at other countries can attest to.

I hzve an elderly relative in Canada (Vancouver, BC) with a heart condition and other problems, and not much money. I have seen single-payer in action, and I'll take the deal.

But in the USA, I personally believe single-payer's existing problems in other countries would be magnified many times over their problems.

So what's your deal? With all the doom-crying over Obamacare, I have not heard a single alternative proposal of any substance. Not one. I'd love to hear yours.
